1. How does the Trial membership work?

    • We offer a low cost trial membership that is good for a specified number of days.
    • Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership unless you cancel within the trial period.

  2. How do I know my membership was cancelled?

    • You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on your account at the time of cancelation.
    • Upon cancelation, there will be no further charges to your account.
    • Your membership will expire 30 days from your last bill date.
    • Upon expiration, your membership will revert to Free status and you can upgrade at any time
  3. I cancelled but you are still billing me.

    This is embarassing. Please submit a trouble ticket and our customer service center will correct the problem immediately.

    You can make your profile inactive by going to Profile Settings in the "My Account section".

    • Live Cams credits are pre-purchased as a ONE-TIME charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
    • You are only billed as YOU decide to add more credit into your account.
    • Credits purchased are billed separately from your Fling membership.
  4. What is "Show" mode?

    • There is no free chat area In "Show" mode.
    • Multiple users are allowed to view the nude show at a reduced per minute rate.
    • There is an additional per minute charge to chat with the model.
    • Only one user at a time can chat with the model.
